“I had consultations at a couple of Harley St. hair clinics, but I wasn’t filled with confidence - both felt like I was getting a hard sell rather than an attentive and informative consulation. I tried the Treatment Rooms and was immediately at ease that Dr Vara, who did my initial consultation, would be the person carrying-out the procedure. He answered all and any questions I had and was completely honest about the potential results. On the day, the procedure was actually incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Dr Vara, Dr Fernando and their entire team were incredibly friendly, great fun, highly knowledgeable and consummate professionals - my comfort was their highest concern and nothing was too much trouble. The procedure was literally pain-free. Even the initial aneasthetic injections were barely noticeable due to their novel distraction technique. I’m now a few days into my recovery - there’s still no discomfort at all and the results are looking great. Their aftercare has been comprehensive with full instructions on what I need to do and I know I’m able to contact Dr Vara personally should I have any questions or concerns at all. I had been considering a transplant for a couple of years, but within minutes of meeting Dr Vara any hesitation disappeared and I’m so pleased I went ahead. I can’t wait to see the final results! The Treatment Rooms exceeded my expectations in every respect and I really couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Absolute legends!”

“Magic Sam was the entertainer for Emma and Oscars 5 year old's circus themed birthday party and we couldn't be happier. It was super easy to communicate with Magic Sam, from the initial email query to on the day to coordinate the timing of food and cake. Magic Sam did an amazing job keeping the kids entertained for 2 whole hours! And thats with a big distraction of a great outdoor play area with sand pit that came with the venue. So huge kudos to him!! The kids loved the circus tricks and Magic show and all parents were happy to have some time to enjoy themselves too. Highly recommended and would book Magic Sam again without a doubt :)”

The team were BRILLIANT, genuinely BRILLIANT, I hadn't really left my house or brushed my hair in weeks because I felt really rubbish. The haircut was great, and it was just such a nice experience both in terms of getting a haircut but also because I got some great advice on how to cover my bald patch, how to deal with hair-loss, practical tips, vitamin recommendations. I found it more helpful than the dermatologist I had to see - if you're experiencing alopecia, I highly recommend it.”

They explained the procedure and to our surprise our son did not hesitate nor cry at all. They placed the ring and that fell off after roughly 10 days. The receptionist was very nice and helped booking an appointment in the most geographically convenient clinic for me, she was able to offer an appointment within an hour in waterloo, the clinic is in front of the station so super easy to get to. The consultation was with doctor Jay B., friendly an knowledgeable, he went above and beyond the call of duty, understood my anxiety and gave me a call as soon as he had the results back from the Lab, I truly appreciated it. The price, £55, for the consultation seems fair considering you virtually have to wait only few minutes or hours to see a real doctor in central London, in a nice, clean and perfumed clinic, I’m not sure I would pay an higher price though. At the current rate I will definitely use them in the future if needed. I have notice and appreciated also the attention to the privacy, the form filled at the arrival in the clinic was processed by the receptionist and then shredded immediately while the lab results have been shared electronically with me via email with access via a secure site protected by password. “Took my dog there for the first time today. Incredibly friendly and he had a great time and came out looking and smelling good. The staff member (Sean) was careful not to make him anxious and was an all round lovely guy. I will definitely use them again. Bit of a process booking online the first time, and then having to leave a deposit over the phone, but looks like it should be much simpler going forward and there are loyalty discounts. Similar pricing to other groomers in the area. On first experience, definitely recommend”
