In the past I have found salons to be intimidating and have not enjoyed going, however I now really look forward to getting my hair done. My Hair Social is a friendly and welcoming salon with a lovely atmosphere. Sarah is fantastic, she has a great eye for colour and mixes me up the perfect shades of copper to suit my colouring. “I habe to give this place 5 stars, as their fish and chips are always on the level. Never too oily or fish of the strange small size! It's run by the same lady and is open only from 12 to 14 and 16 to 19, always fresh. Chips are not made of frozen potatoes. Cash only.”

Good Thai foods and reasonably cheap with portion you can share if you are not that hungry. Lunch served at noon at bar area and evening at top floor separated with bar which busy every evening. During COVID the area set a giant tippy in the garden.”
