“I don't usually write 'reviews' but on this occasion, I felt compelled to because very rarely do you go into a shop and receive such good service. I've been using this shop for some time now, and in my view, they are very professional and honest. Each and every time i have visited the manager has been extremely helpful and patient answering all my questions and relieving me of my concerns, and those of my 2 boys who normally 'accompany' me to the store. “I was recently searching for a quiet and cosy coffee shop to study in and came across this one. It did not disappoint. The lovely barista (Jazz) has offered great service both times I have been there. I am definitely going to be a regular from now. Today she was so sweet and even let me stay an extra 15 minutes after closing time after I told her I have a very important zoom meeting that I could not miss. Coffee is amazing, best vanilla lattes in Kingston, and the selection of pastries does not disappoint. Highly recommend! ;)”
