"Date 11/02/2023 Asked fish and egg rolls , cashier gave me meat instead of fish. Went to tell the cashier about that and she was very rude and she has not got any customer service skills. I asked owner’s name and number to make a complaint but she refused to give the details and she put phone down twice. Very bad service and poor food hygiene standards. She should not be dealing with the customers at all. I’ll be complaining to the trading standards and Hounslow council. Expect the visit from them soon."
