“Brilliant NHS service at Mount Vernon While I may have waited a good while to get an initial assessment at general surgery, once there I had a succinct appointment with a clear diagnosis and initial treatment plan. I then got a phone call the next day! (today) stating that there has been a few cancellations and would I like an appointment only next week for the next phase of assessment, very efficient. Nice to share positives about our great NHS and staff.”
