“Arriving at Maranello, there is ample parking and after walking through the door you are welcomed with a display that is very interesting. I had to have my temperature checked my the machine, which told me I was in the normal range. Whilst waiting I was told that someone would be with me shortly and they were. I ordered my parts and wait a little whilst they were picked. This place is great as there is always stock availability for the cars. If only all car part departments were as good. Anyway, the chap took my payment with the card reader and I got a free pen. Happy days. Always a pleasure to to do business with the staff who are a tribute to the company.”

All the various repairs done within a couple of days, (even clearly having loads of other cars to work on too) car retested and passed all before the jubilee weekend. Price was bang on the quote, despite a few additional issues having come up whilst fixing - and when a few things weren't as badly damaged as anticipated, they didn't do any unnecessary fixes! “I've been servicing my car at Brent Autos for 6 years. I've always found Mike (the owner) to be a reliable, honest and an experienced mechanic. He always tells me exactly what work he plans to carry out and does not do extra work without seeking my permission first. Also he always clearly itemises his invoices. I initially took it to a main VW dealership, who wanted to charge me for expensive diagnostics and new parts with no guarantee of being able to fix the problem.
