“Outdoor Owls is just not a nursery, they offer a very inclusive and holistic way to explore the beautiful world we inhabit and they do it with so much presence and love. This has been so important in the development of our child.Though it has only been few months, the changes we get to see in him are profound. The way his sense of expression and self confidence has developed in this relatively short period of time is incredible. He has started to tell stories, make new friends and get comfortable with new people around. Everytime we pick and drop him the space feels so alive! The enthusiasm of the children mixed with the freshness of nature, it is always a treat to be in that energetic space even for few minutes. A lot of work and effort goes into being around and manage so many kids in the outdoors, but the teachers do it so effortlessly. They are so committed to their wellbeing. They are the perfect nurtures and a home away from home. Outdoors has been very important to us growing up so we were very excited for our child but Outdoor Owls turned out to be much more than what we expected, they are a perfect place to lay the foundation. I would highly recommend sending kids to an actual forest school/nursery like Outdoor Owls for a holistic physical, mental and emotional development.”

“I trained with RAaW back in 2012-2014, this was a really transitional experience for me, not only as a writer performer but also as a person. The training is intense and of the highest quality, covering everything from emotional availability and acting for camera, right through to stage combat and comedy writing. The course teaches the truth about the industry, encouraging the student to to be a well rounded performer and creative who makes their own opportunities. RAaW has a warm supportive, family which makes you the best performer you can be. Since the course, I have explored lots of creative paths with the tools that I was equipped with, I am now a writer and poet as well as a performer and am constantly evolving and changing. RAaW taught me the importance of creating your own work which has been not only been hugely rewarding on a personal level but has also lead to some fantastic career opportunities!”

“Our daughter joined Oak Tree in 2020 in the toddler room, and has this year moved up to the pre-school group. The staff at Oak Tree are wonderful; warm, friendly and caring. Our daughter is growing more independent by the day, and the activities help increase her confidence and makes her excited to go to pre-school every morning. The teachers give plenty of feedback to parents and there's always photos of what the children have been up to during the day, which is great fun to see. When possible, local excursions and visits from the police, fire brigade etc are arranged, which my daughter loves! Overall this is a brillaint pre-school, and we're so happy we choose Oak Tree.”

“Our son attended nursery here from 14 months old until last month and I can only have words of gratitude for the team. Always very caring with him, keeping us involved, sharing the activities he attended and a detailed journey of his progress. The staff is always approachable and open for conversation. The facilities at both miniMelrose and main Melrose are very clean, tidy and well equipped, and the outdoor space, including the constant use of the local park is just perfect! “Excellent Montessori. I tried quite a few others but found this the best. Good sized facility and genuinely concerned teachers who invest a lot in each child. My child attended for 1 year before we had to leave for overseas, but I was happy throughout with the care and education. The children are taught in a stimulating yet relaxed environment. The teachers are calm and professional. My daughter enjoyed her time there and I highly recommend this institution.”

“A great school, nurturing but at the same time challenging children’s capabilities, whilst teaching solid Christian ethos. During lockdown the school carried on teaching via zoom every day, which was amazing and very important for the children's development. My son loved going to BWI :-)”

“My Son has been attending All The Arts in Bexley for the last 6 years. During this time he has had lots of opportunities to showcase his development with appearances on stage - in the Theatre, at festivals and much more. He has also completed 4 LAMDA and IDTA exams. Lucy and the team are extremely welcoming and friendly and Noah absolutely loves going every week. Even during lockdown, the team were so creative with offering Zoom classes and extra keep fit sessions in the mornings, and put on a Zoom end of term slide show for the parents which was amazing. Noah is also part of the agency and has had several audition opportunities and has even had a part in a short film and music video. On top of all of this, it has really helped to support his development and his self confidence. All the Arts is a great and inexpensive class - if your child is keen to join a class like this I highly recommend ATA!”

“Great little preschool in the heart of Pinner. It’s been running for over 50 years and is a charity managed by a committee of parents supported by professional staff. All decisions are made with the children’s best interests at heart and not based purerly on the bottom line. Parents have a real involvement. The staff are professional and caring. And the kids love it there. Mine did!”

“A very personalized, family oriented nursery. Teachers are always looking after the well being of each child, including if the kid speaks another language other than English or parents come from abroad. Teachers are very friendly, and are always careful with hygiene inside nursery and children's health. There are field trips and different activities organized throughout the year so children learn a lot about the world that surrounds them. They have two outdoor play areas. My daughter loved the couple of years she went there before starting reception and made really nice friends.”

“My son was at Alphablocks for 2.5 years and he loved it there. His days were filled with both teacher led and independent fun activities in a safe and nurturing environment. All the team were interested in his development and by the time he left, their investment in him was evident. I was also very happy with the personal care given to him from when he started there in diapers to being toilet trained when he left. One of the first things that attracted me to the Nursery was the extensive outdoor space. The children spend a lot of time outdoors in most weather playing, learning and exploring. It also helped in preparation for Reception that Alphablocks introduces the children to Phonics and Numeracy early. I also liked that the Nursery uses storybook themes in an inventive way as part of the children’s learning. I can’t recommend Alphablocks highly enough.”
