“We visited London for the weekend with our children out apartment was just across the road so we popped in for a drink and sat outside with the children, the staff couldn’t have done anymore for us so friendly and offered the children a bowl of rice and drinks, we loved it so much we went in for food the following night and wow! The best food I’ve ever tasted with yet again the friendliest staff I felt so at home and can’t wait to come and visit again, highly recommend!”

“Looks are deceiving as the sign board looks rusty but, mixed grill platter is so juicy and full of flavours. Their rice and bread are so fresh, run by bengalis but food is authentic turkish. I can not fault their food. Salad wad really good. My only improvement area would be to work on their chilli sauce other than that 5 stars. I'm a regular noe.”

“Despite sloppy look of place their food is so delicious with a good price. My favorite lunch place at this area. There are plenty options. I almost tried all, hard to tell which one is favorite. I think Chef Mr Kemal is the master of grill. Their salad is also so rich. Falafel is one of best I tried. As he said he learned the tricks while he stayed in Israel for 6yrs. Kebab is juicy and delicious. Lahmacun is thin and full of diced meat. Sish kebab is also tendered well, soft as Turkish delight. Long story short, strongly recommended!”

“Everytime I go there the service is lovely and the food is just as good. Fast and made with what I assume to be a ton of love :’) my FAVOURITE place to get a chicken donner wrap (with burger sauce and abit of chilly). The portion sizes are perfect and they’re very generous with sauce if you request more, unlike some other shops! Love love love them and will always be going back ❤️”

“I think this is the cheapest Chinese barbecue in London, and it is really delicious as well. The lamb skewer and the kings Prawn mixed with spicy sauce are my favorite (*^▽^*) By the way I've been there several times”

“Despite the bad reviews, i would really recommend this place, I've been coming here for 3 years now and they never let me down! If you were to go i would recommend a doner kebab. Very hygienic place. In addition, since this is a kebab shop, the staff speak Turkish i can absolutely guarantee customers that the staff never talk about their customers behind their backs, even open up translator if you want. (I know this since i am half Turkish). Overall, they have very good food with decent prices and good service.”

Aside from the food, my preference is the delicious lamb and chicken shish combo with salad and pita bread generous enough to satisfy the hungriest, there is an upbeat positive feeling that the staff gives off topped off by the newly renovated premises. I always have the feeling when the younger customers come in after a long day, that they feel a little of the love that Bexley Charcoal Grill grill puts into making their dishes sending their customers back out into the rough in tumble world not only well fed, but cared for too. p.s. for those of you that enjoy authentic hummus and not the vile paste that you get in most supermarkets, Bexley Charcoal Grill’s hummus could be served proudly in any palace. Five stars. Highly recommend.”
