Luke kept me informed the entire time, sending me photos / videos of the work as he was doing it. After it was all finished Luke sent me some tips on how i should maintain my car going forward without ruining the ceramic. “I bought a second hand car which was not in the best condition. Paint looked slightly dull and the interior was slightly grubby. I decided to get it detailed by Jewels Passion Detailing. They have done a very thorough job. The interior looks new and the exterior paintwork looks like it had a respray. Very shiny indeed. I also decided to get the paintwork ceramic coated which added that protection. Not to worry for the next 2-3 years. Thank you very much I will be back for a refresh in the next few months.”

“I bought a used Mercedes GLA 2 weeks ago for my daughter but found out later when it was delivered that the cigarette lighter was not working . She wanted to connect her dashcam to that socket but could not do it because it was faulty . I contacted several garages like Halfords , Kwikfit but none could help because they said they don’t have an auto electrician on site . My car warranty company suggested another garage called Courtwood car services in Uxbridge where l live. I contacted the garage and they suggested taking my car in the following Saturday and they can look at it when they will be less busy. My daughter took the car in to the garage and was told to have a coffee in the Chimes shopping precinct while they checked the faulty cigarette socket. Within a short time she was contacted and the faulty lighter socket was fixed. As we suspected it was just a blown fuse as no other parts of the car was affected electrically. We were charged a norminal amount for the work done. We were impressed with the friendliness and professional ism of the person who dealt with us even though we were not regular customers. This garage will have our business in future and the potential for more business as we have 3 cars in our family . In times of need and when other garages can’t help, do try Courtwood car services .”

“I was looking around for quotes for a repair to my vehicle as someone had hit my car and damaged the wing and bonnet and drove off. I used Google to search for local accident repair centres and that's when I came across Bodyteq. I sent in a request for a quote using the website online quote form and attached a few pictures of the damage to the car on a Saturday evening and by the Sunday afternoon I received a quote for the repair. I understood that this was only a quote and until they physically got to see the car I would be provided with a more accurate price as the pictures sent in for a quote may not always show what extent the damage is beneath the vechicle. I called bodyteq and spoke with Zak and advised I wanted to go ahead and book the car in for the repair and we agreed a date and time for drop off. When I dropped the car off Zak inspected the damage and advised me that the quoted price was going to be higher as the damage was not visible in the pictures and they had to repair my bonnet as well which was stuck due to the impact of the third party person who drove into my car and drove off. I was aware of the issue with the bonnet not being able to open so this was not an unexpected problem. In terms of the price I paid for the repair I was happy with the price given which was very reasonable. Zak and his colleagues got to work and the car was repaired within 2 weeks of dropping the car off. The paint job and accident repair work undertaken by Bodyteq to my vechicle is of a very high standard and I would definitely recommend them to family or friends without any hesitation. Most of my communication was done via email as they are a very busy accident repair garage and I always got a reply from the garage using email. I did find if I called the garage and got no answer after a few rings then the call would be diverted to a very nice lady who would pass on the details to Zak at the workshop and he would return the call as soon as he was able to do so. After being quoted well over £3500 to repair a transfer box issue at a BMW main dealer and being treated to awful customer service there to boot, I had finally given up with main dealers.
