“I bought a used Mercedes GLA 2 weeks ago for my daughter but found out later when it was delivered that the cigarette lighter was not working . She wanted to connect her dashcam to that socket but could not do it because it was faulty . I contacted several garages like Halfords , Kwikfit but none could help because they said they don’t have an auto electrician on site . My car warranty company suggested another garage called Courtwood car services in Uxbridge where l live. I contacted the garage and they suggested taking my car in the following Saturday and they can look at it when they will be less busy. My daughter took the car in to the garage and was told to have a coffee in the Chimes shopping precinct while they checked the faulty cigarette socket. Within a short time she was contacted and the faulty lighter socket was fixed. As we suspected it was just a blown fuse as no other parts of the car was affected electrically. We were charged a norminal amount for the work done. We were impressed with the friendliness and professional ism of the person who dealt with us even though we were not regular customers. This garage will have our business in future and the potential for more business as we have 3 cars in our family . In times of need and when other garages can’t help, do try Courtwood car services .”

I like the fact you're paying for what you get, one man in his workshop not a glass palace that gives you a "free coffee" and has umpteen members of staff so have to have jacked up prices. “Professional Outfit Was received in the indoor park area by a friendly chap who already knew my name - great start. Booked a £500 cambelt change, service chap sold the brake fluid change, no problem I needed it. On collection I was told that the engineer had found that I have a long life cambelt and that it will last for 120,000 miles. So only cost £69 for fluid change. Needless to say I am very impressed by this level of service, I am in sales so I fully understand the need to sell additional and sometimes unnecessary items, for the auto repair industry this practice is standard. Finally, here is a Dealership I am willing to trust.”

During an inspection of his car, my husband's iphone slipped down through the engine cavity and was lost. Without any quibble or hesitation, the car was seen to immediately. Danny got the car on the ramps. Took bits off it and dug around with a torch. The phone was miraculously produced from underneath the complicated mechanics and restored in perfect condition. “Messaged Nadim asking how to get Apple car play on my BMW, he recommended the ID4 to ID6 flash service. Took just over an hour to install, really smooth service, just plugged in a laptop and let the coding do it’s work, Nadim explained how he’s BMW certified and really does know is stuff, plus is generally a really nice guy. The apple car play works flawlessly, it’s the official BMW CarPlay, so no lag at all (some android systems running CarPlay can be laggy). Overall an excellent service at a really good competitive price. Would definitely recommend”
