“Vesuvio's did not disappoint us for our Valentines meal. Great portion sizes and excellent friendly service with a smile. I had the bruschetta to start which was so good, the balance of the garlic and dressing with the sharpness of the tomatoes was perfect. For mains I wanted the seafood risotto which wasn't on the special valentines menu but they were so accommodating and said they would give me it anyway and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked and perfectly emulsified making it decadent and creamy also very generous with the seafood. For dessert I had Tiramisu, again proper nice and creamy. Lovely soft biscuits soaked in coffee that tasted so clean, cold and fresh. We will be coming back 100% Keep it up Vesuvio's you're doing such a good job at creating an amazing, relaxing atmosphere.”

“We were lucky to have found such a luxurious and caring home for our Siberian cat while we were away for a month. We were worried about leaving our kitty for so long especially as it was his first time away from home but the moment we met Daisy and her beautiful cattery we knew he would be very well looked after. The suites are immaculately clean and full of all the creature comforts a kitty could dream of. Daisy played with him a few times every day and it was clear when we picked him up that he was very happy, really well fed and beautifully groomed. We also absolutely loved the frequent photo updates and picture postcards Daisy sent us - what a treat! We can’t recommend this place enough and this is definitely our go-to place if we ever need someone to look after our cat again.”

“Had a lunch here on the off chance as I had heard a lot of good reviews. True Italian (staff and customers), staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. (This was perfectly illustrated when a customer walked in thinking it was still a cafe and wanted a takeaway tea. So they made him one). Food was really fantastic and perfectly cooked to order. It's not the cheapest but it's absolutely worth the money.”

“I and my Portuguese friend visited the Lakehouse this lovely sunny Sunday. We were so amazed by the homemade chicken pate and goualsh and chicken soup were also very yummy. We recommend that ask some bread for goulash soup. They served the soups in rustic bowls. The mains are very fullfilling and big portions. Always go for parsley potatoes instead of chips! It is worth a lot. And the desserts? Mmmm you have a few choices. Hungarian crepes, Hungarian trifle, chestnut puree with fruits and whipping cream. For drink: I tasted their lemonade. I really loved it. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, cosy and handmade decorated. If you can, and have had experience within just share it with your friends and family.”

“Exquisite cuisine, best in class service with friendly and knowledgable staff who made the whole evening enjoyable. It was my mother in law’s birthday and we wanted to treat her somewhere nice. Having read the incredible reviews, we decided to dine at London Stock. We ordered the tasting menu and the food was honestly the best food we’ve ever tasted. We dined at a Michelin 3-star restaurant (Uliassi) just the month before coming here, and have to say the food in London Stock is far more superior. Not only was the food cooked to perfection but also the presentation was aesthetically pleasing. Thank you for making my mother in law’s birthday extra special. We will definitely come back.”

“Really glad to find this restaurant has opened up locally. Dishes are such a reasonable price that I plan to come here again and often. We had pork and prawn wonton noodle soup, beef brisket noodle soup and the Beijing pork dumplings. The beef brisket noodle soup was the standout dish…the meat was so tender and melt-in-your-mouth.”

“Went in because i didnt see it before, new shop, japanesse with Scandinavian fusion, was puzzled at first but its amazing. Quick warm lunch donburi on office break, kinda works really well, still trying to figure out my favourite drink tho. Will come back for sure”

“This place is outstanding and definitely a hidden gem! I used to find it really difficult to find authentic Persian food near me but that is no longer the case. My friend and I were blown away with the amazing quality of meat and flavours of the food, really succulent lamb and chicken. The crispy rice was a real treat too, as was the pot of tea! “Visited this new Gem on a Sunday evening and we live in Kentish town, I had the chicken in mushroom and cream sauce and my partner had the pasta bolognese i have to be honest they both tasted amazingly fresh. I don't get the bad reviews written :S this is a new restaurant and Kentish town needs a family run Italian restaurant lets support them, instead of bad reviews give them examples of what you would expect to see from them, just like we did and got a limoncello shot on the house. “A must-try while in London! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough, absolutely no regrets. The food is fresh, filling and tastes amazing. Staff are very welcoming and kind, giving an overall wonderful experience! Joojeh breast was very tasty, lamb biryani was very filling, the koobideh was so yummy and juicy, and the naan with the oil and spices added the finishing touch. Paired with the classic saffron rice, these are classic dishes served right. Hats off to the chef for the incredible meals! We'll be back the next time we are in London.”

“Consistently good service and food. Just visited Sumak again for early Sunday dinner and was pleased to see that the quality of food and level of service was consistently great. From the greeting as you enter the door to the thank you and good bye as you leave you cannot fault this team. The staff are all very attentive, professional and pleasant. The food was as fresh and tasty as always. I highly recommend visiting Sumak if you want want an all round great dining experience. You will not be disappointed.”
