“After a breakdown on the motorway, the AA contacted this garage to see if they could look at two speed sensors and associated diagnostic reports. I left the car with them and they ran a full diagnostic as well as taking the car out to try and replicate the fault. Their honesty is what I am reviewing them on. They could not replicate the fault and without such did not want to undertake work on the car which could turn out to not be wrong. They took me through what they had done and said that it was presenting as OK to drive (in fact driving like perfect) and to bring it back if the fault occurred again. The real gem - they didn’t charge me anything. Other mobile mechanics were quoting an easy £130 to do what they did and that would not have been in a garage setting. I have since driven over 200 miles without issue. I would go back to them without question.”
