"Initially i have have had 2 good experiences with Magdalena and her team. But unfortunately this was totally reversed when i called this morning to say that i am extremely ill and would not be able to make it for the pedicure appointment. The lady on the phone said that there will be a penalty 50% for late cancellation! Although i did not cancel , i only asked to postpone it until i feel better. After the receptionist understood and could see it from my voice that i am sick , i received a messages saying that Magdalena said I still have to pay 50% of my treatment despite my sickness. It just seems that this place is not bothered about having loyal customers ..So will not be going back !"
