“From the second i landed i knew i was in safe hands. Ahmed from Al-Ansar was waiting for us and helped us get our sims sorted. We arrived at our hotel (Frontel) promptly where Al-Ansar had arranged us food, because they knew we’d be hungry. We were settled into the hotel and Madinah and Makkah were amazing as always. Al-Ansar were always there to help us with any questions / concerns. Brother Kausar was always checking up on us to see if we’re okay. They arranged transport to the Haramain rail and dropped us to Madinah airport on departure. Ahmed helped us check in and get ZamZam. All in all it was an amazing experience. I would recommend highly to anyone to use this travel agent.”

I was given all the relevant information and was very happy with the service. I even had the option to pay in instalments and it worked out perfect. Documents were emailed a few days before flying out and we checked in beforehand. Everything went smoothly. Rochelle even stayed in touch whilst I was on holiday with my son. One of our tours got cancelled in Iceland, Northern lights because of the bad weather but Rochelle was quick to book us another one the very next day. We booked a 5 week trip with Round the World Flights which included a total of 13 flights covering South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand & Tokyo The information received prior to the trip was excellent and any schedule changes were advised well in advance. “Highly recommended! We are currently living in Bermuda, and needed a Japanese visa for our trip this December. They were very responsive in the emails, and very patient and understanding even though we had some delays. They received all our documents in their UK office on a Friday (Nov 8). I was expecting that they will send it the following week, but they made extra effort to review and submit the documents to the Embassy on the same day. Exactly a week after (Nov 15), we got confirmation that our visas were approved, and they sent it back immediately to Bermuda. We received it on Tuesday (Nov 19)! I love how they guided us on the step by step processes, and ensuring that our documents are accurate and complete before we mailed it to the UK to avoid duplication and extra cost.
