“I have seen Colin a few times now to deal with severe tendonitis which has affected my hip and lower back. He is brilliant...there was more improvement in the first 30 minutes than the past 3 years. My injury is nearly sorted after only 2 weeks (4 visits). Most of the improvement has come from Colin working on my muscles and he has given me only a few exercises which I do, rather than loads of them which I would probably wouldn't. Colin is great at explaining what is wrong, what he is doing and why, so that I have a better understanding of my physiology and I can avoid it recurring. He is also a great guy that I have enjoyed chatting with during our sessions. I recommend Colin without hesitation.”

“Both my daughters have been to Katey's House in Ham - I can't recommend this nursery highly enough. It's such a wonderful place for the little ones to thrive. It's in a lovely setting with access to lots of green space; the kids learn about all sorts of fascinating things and even grow their own food and bake their own bread every Friday. The staff are both professional and warm with the children and give you every confidence in their level of care. The preparation for "big school" is also excellent - with an adorable graduation ceremony and lots of talking to prepare them for the milestone. In short, so much effort goes into making the children feel loved and happy, and both my daughters have thrived there.”

“We’ve been using Ace Dog Walking for years and I can’t recommend them highly enough - they care about the dogs so much - they are very experienced walkers and limit the number of dogs on each walk to a small group, unlike some other walkers to ensure they give each dog their full attention. Jen takes times to pair up doggies on each walks with their friends & my Labrador Ida absolutely loves going out with her pals. Jen is also amazing at late notice if I need something - she’s always there to help out. Her boarding service is great & she takes them out on lots of walks and gives them home from home comfort. Ace Dog Walking is the best dog walking team in London!”

“My husband and I visited Bad Axe on a whim one day while we were at Boxpark Wembley and this did not disappoint! Our host was fantastic and by the end of the hour, we were loving it (whether the throw was good or bad!). The staff are helpful, the place is kept really clean, and we felt very safe with all distancing, sanitation, and safety requirements (you are throwing sharp blades after all). Axe throwing is definitely not just for the athletically gifted; even I got into it and was loving it despite not being that sporty otherwise. You'll definitely feel so badass doing this. We can't wait to do it again!”

“I took up salsa lessons 7 months ago ,I've become addicted to it my first teachers are Heidi and Trever from Sweetlead on a Wednesday evening, I also go to other classes on a Thursday evening and Friday evening to get more practice and floor time .I can honestly say that sweetlead is the best class to go to the Teachers have more time for you and the atmosphere is far better than the other classes I've attended . “I was a complete beginner and tried a number of other classes before deciding on Salsa Tropical. My experience with others varied from good to absolutely off putting and discouraging. I eventually came across Maria's classes through Londonsalsa. Maria and her team are really great teachers. They are always attentive and observant, picking up on small details when you make mistakes to help improve your overall styling. There are several classes to ensure you are with others of the same level. Each class always has a male and female lead, who participate in all the exercises so they dance with you during the lessons. Great way to identify any mistakes. There is always a lot of emphasis on timing, technique, and styling, but above all, the environment is friendly, fun and supportive. Definitely recommend Salsa Tropical if you are looking to start or improve Salsa!”

“I cannot speak too highly of Swimming Lessons London’s teaching techniques and teacher Theo in particular. I was past retirement age when I decided that I must overcome my long held fear of the water, and it was only a matter of a few lessons with Theo before I began to gain confidence. Theo was incredibly patient, helpful and encouraging and systematically worked on improving my capability, technique and stamina. It all goes to show that it’s never too late to start, no matter how old you are. Highly recommended for everyone.”

“I came to Georgiana with a little scepticism of how beneficial these sessions would be. I was proved wrong on the very first session. The extended session for the first meeting is unconventional but it makes absolute sense to discuss what brings you to the sessions and what you want to achieve from them. This first session helps you form a good foundation and bond with Georgiana so the shorter sessions thereafter are more effective. I didn’t expect a life coach to be so dedicated to their individual clients but Georgiana takes the time, whether it be going over the designated time in our meetings or to touch base on several occasions on her own accord, to help motivate you when you need it most.
