“It’s amazing when customer service exceeds your highest expectations but this happened to my order at the weekend. Because I was unable to pick up my flowers, the florist offered to deliver to my home - at very short notice. I needed the thistles for a Burns Supper on Saturday night and received many compliments. The aloe Vera plants I bought as well are in first class condition and very healthy. I’ve always had great blooms and service from Passion Flower but this time they went above and beyond”
