“I opted for this practice after undergoing an ineffective treatment in another practice in Latchford (quit after 4 sessions as barely got any treatment). I read Dan's write ups in his website and was taken in with the assurances of improvement. The treatment started immediately from the Day 1 consultation without time wasting, which was a far cry from the previous practice where it was mostly talking and notes taking for the first 2 sessions without any physical interaction. In total, I've done quite a number of sessions in this practice for some of my maladies in the last 3-4 months. These are my objective views as a patient. 1. The clinic premises is very well organised, clean and pleasant. 2. The practitioners are very professional, knowledgeable and not least, warm in personality. Out of the circa 15-20 sessions, all have been timely, well communicated and carried out very effectively. 3. The receptionists, notably Maddie is very kind and attentive in greeting patients. I much enjoyed the cuppa she offers at every session. Also grateful for accommodating my irregular availability for appointments due to sickness and work. 4. My most regular therapist, Liam is ace in his job and very personable. My conditions have now improved considerably, due to the treatment and regime of self care using well taught techniques via a good physio app. I enjoyed his companionship and conversations during treatment which helped divert any discomfort during treatment. 5. The website and given treatment advice is very sound and effective. Adequate level of medical and scientific explanation is provided to help patients understand the underlying root causes and possible avenues of treatment. I've had ultrasound, massage and a host of exercises in these sessions. Whenever any treatment was deemed non-effective, other measures are considered and applied promptly. In conclusion, I've recuperated very well and better off since I joined. It has been a great experience and god send. I would highly recommend Dan and team to anyone in need of an effective treatment.”
