“I take my little Jackapoo here once a month and use the self service dog wash booth which is absolutely brilliant! £10 for a shampoo, conditioner and blow dry. It’s really simple to use and great for any size dog. The staff are really helpful and friendly too.”

“This is a nice store, only small yet bright and airy. Considering the size of the store, it had a wide range of products available. I only visited for click and collect. This store had items that other stores in Liverpool didn’t have in stock - including bigger stores. Most staff were polite, friendly and well mannered. Recommended. There is also a aquatic and adoption section in store as well which is SO CUTE for the size of the store! Pets are welcome and there is fresh water for the dogs at the entrance, with different bowl sizes for different dog sizes.”

Only 1 mistake was the vets visit with my puppy was the table had cat nails on the table and was not cleaned for nexted pet so you do t know weather the cat had some infection that could be passed on. My nexted visit I will check and if not done I will ask for a refund and go elsewhere. Sorry. My pet is my priority.”

Helped with information about adopting a hamster, all information about reason for removing given, explained differences between housing options (cages) foods, bedding, treats and toys etc. Also helped with spotting signs of bad health or problems to watch for. “THE best pet stall around. Family run for years and all their pet food is all organic and natural. They've helped me out with my puppy Arthur with so many amazing chewy treats and they also have an abundance of medications and treatments that are far cheaper than the vets. They are all lovely and super helpful. Pizzel sticks and buffalo ears are his favourite so far. We wouldn't go anywhere else because we know everything is good and healthy for him and really good prices too. Absolutely amazing family business.”
