“First class care with a team of flawless midwives. Had a positive birth experience thanks to the professionalism, care and passion of the team (special shout out to Lucy W - cannot thank her enough for shaping my birth story and her incredible and personal care throughout). Despite a couple of emergencies which justifies doctor intervention, the whole team were calm, efficient and seamless. The aftercare from the midwives and breastfeeding support team were also unparalleled. Facilities were fantastic with partners being able to stay in the same room sign their own bed.”

Room was clean, equipment up to date, food excellent, my needs were attended to promptly, the staff were smiling & friendly and upon discharge 2 days after my Op, I was given my meds, confirmed in writing and their functions detailed. Physio straight forward & home schedule explained, given crutches& helping hand. Return visits prebooked, everything outlined. My review is unbiased, a few weeks of aftercare to come, but it's like others have reviewed a completely different place !”

“I had an emergency surgery at Liverpool Women's Hospital last Friday. From the moment I set foot in the hospital until I left every person I met was competent and kind. I was terrified, had severe stomach pains and this affection and care made my stay less stressful. I really appreciated it. Having an operation is something big, something you will remember forever. I've lived in Liverpool for a year but I'm Italian so having an operation in a foreign country is not easy. You have a thousand doubts and you're terrified that something will go wrong. All the medical staff did everything they could to make me feel cared for and not forgotten. I had a very clean private room, they served me food and drink, stockings, medicines, and answered all my doubts and questions with great care and gentleness. I will never forget what all the people at the hospital did for me, we are talking about 50 people and each one was wonderful.”

“So today 16th september was in for a gastroscopy diagnosis, 22 weeks after gastric sleeve. Again must say all staff where utter amazing again, reception from when i arrived to be take to day care suite, reception checkin. Was checked in by Heather and Emily who checked all my details, got me into one of the sexy gowns they provide for you. Had my obs done and id bracelet fitted and then a canula inserted, explained what was next. Was then introduced to the other staff who where dealing with me in the op suite. Sedated me and explained the procedure. I came around back in my room, where Heather and Emily then rechecked my obs, all good, gave me a drink of water make sure i was ok, Emily was fantastic, she removed my canula with removing any arm hair too and i was allowed to dress an then escorted into main reception with a hot drink and then waited for my transport home. Amazing staff here at the Nuffield, so caring and professional, thank you.”

“They only reason this practice must of score low stars was because nobody has bothered to give any feedback apart from a couple of moans. I've just moved to the practice and after retiring from nursing at 28 yrs old - (8 years later I can say that from the very moment I walked into the practice last week to ask if I could register i was met with nothing but a warm welcome and professional attitudes. I explained that i had to change surgery's as I'd moved out of my surgeries catchment area and a lovely lady called Jenna ( I think that was her name apologies if not) gave me the form and explained that it would be processed and I'd be Invited in for a new patient check-up. I'm yet to meet the doctors but my new neighbour speaks highly of them but if the front of house staff are anything to go by then this is nothing but a Gold standard when it comes to patient experience. I also forgot to fill in a new patient questionnaire with my reg form and was called the next day to ask if I could a do it either i surgery or online and thats so ill be provided with the best care and any important issues are highlighted. Suffering from multiple spinal fractures, anorexia, epilepsy to name a few I'm always nervous about changing surgeries but I'm actually feeling a bit brighter and less worried as I'm certain that this surgery and its staff will look after me. Just because I was a nurse until an assault and multiple new health conditions 9nyrs ago doesn't mean I'm buyust as I've had some pretty bad surgeries in my life. I know I'll be looked after and yes we all have to call at 8am whatever surgery we're at for an appointment as the system is full everywhere but don't forget the docs, nurses and all surgery staff are humans and also get poorly and experience stress and anxiety amongst other things the same as all key workers. Im not one for leaving long reciews but these guys deserve it and i always give credit whrre credit is due ,I just want to say thanks guys and i look forward to leaving my old surgery and finally feeling looked after and human. Take care and I'd ask anyone who visits their gp, nurse local shop, library etc and has a good experience to do a review as us humans only tend to leave bad reviews and take 2 mins to just leave a little thank you message. even if its averge or poor, just do it but as peolle we only tend to respond when we feel angry.
