"I know here was covid, but be very very wary of this place, they do a poor job of protecting clients from high prices, we were never told our canceled covid trip for two years was changed to a small group tour which costs much more. Never going to book through this place again"

"Never had a bad experience with Triple A until tonight. I got a flat tire on the I65 and was stranded for three hours. They kept promising to send somebody to me during that but failing to keep that promise repeatedly!!!! Fortunately there was a couple that was nice enough to pull over and help me change my tire. I’m very disappointed in Triple A and will probably look for a different road side assistance service"

"I totaled out a 20,000 jeep renegade and I'm only being offered 14,000.in order to talk to someone you have to call and leave a message and if your lucky they will csll you back in two hours and if you happen to miss that call then you have to start all over again.vrry unprofessional people. My accident happened in the middle of February and it's now the middle of june with no settlement. We will never have any sort of dealings with AAA again.. beware!!!"

"I had to call and request a tow and the customer service rep was very friendly and helpful on the phone. I only had to wait about 20 minutes for the tow truck to arrive and the driver was very friendly and courteous. I am extremely happy with AAA and highly recommend it!"
