"It's cold outside. Like Tundra cold outside. But you know where it's nice and warm? Inside my house thanks to a quick response of the team over at Teegarden HVAC. "Huge shout out to Teegarden HVAC and Dave Turner that hooked us up with a top of the line Trane furnace this week. We had an issue with our old furnace that needed to be replaced, gave them a call and they were able to replace our old system in no time. Dave was able to fully explain all my options and didn’t try to upsale me and gave honest feedback. The technicians were kind, knowledgeable, and also able to explain the system and it’s operation clearly. Not only that, but they were significantly cheaper than the other HVAC companies that had looked at our furnace. Our house is warmer than ever and we can’t wait to see the power benefit of this system. We will be calling Teegarden for any of our HVAC needs moving forward."

"I was quoted to have a 97% efficient furnace installed but upon inspection of the model number and yellow sticker, the system installed only qualifies as a 96% efficiency. Visiting the Trane website, they only show a different model that is listed as 97% efficient. This rules out the build back better rebates. When I contacted them, they told me the furnace is 96.8% efficient. Math is definite and 96.8 is not 97. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will see how far I will have to go in order to get them to honor the 97% that was written on the quote/contract. I have requested a replacement but only received an angry phone call from the owner and after hearing his explanation I hung up."
