Conveniently located at 2865 Chancellor Drive, Crestview Hills, Kentucky, Dr. Elpers combines her expertise in medicine with her passion for art to deliver exceptional care in oculoplastic and cosmetic surgery. A Louisville native, Dr. Elpers completed her undergraduate degree with honors in Biology, with minors in Fine Art and Chemistry, at Bellarmine University. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and pursued her internship at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
