"well, coming from an ex-employee, the food isn’t horrible and service is pretty standard. but as for atmosphere/environment, it needs serious improvement. i have never worked in such a sad environment with a real lack of communication. management serves no purpose when it comes to training, and the staff members are rude. but hey, at least the food is okay."
"If I could leave no stars that would be better. I went in the store and order on the machine after 15 mins no order. They kept pushing out drive thru orders first l. I asked about my order and nothing. They said you want your money back. Yeah I do. As standing there still pushing out drive thru orders. No sorry or nothing. Will never be back"
"This is usually my favorite Taco Bell. Today it wasn't. Carelessness led to a disappointing experience. One taco was dumped in the bag, all of the filling was in the bag and the shell was broken. We also paid for 2 cheesy rollsups and received only 1. I did call and speak to the manager. He will address the situation and replace the items on my next visit."
"No one ever compliments fast food chains but this location is consistently good! I always stop by once a month and order a party pack of 12 Doritos locos tacos and they are always fast, perfect, and nice. The speed and perfection is mind blowing. I look forward to getting these all day and they have never once disappointed me. The store has to be run by an Amazing manager and trust me because manage a restaurant as well. Everyone deserves a raise!"
