"The lady here (jasmine store manager) is not very nice! Been here twice always feel like I am bothering her. I will definitely try to go to a different store moving forward. I came in with the label of what I needed was given something different and then when I came back because it’s not matching, she blames it on me and then acts like she’s doing me a favor when she gives me the paint I originally came in asking for. And with kind of like an attitude on top of it, just not very nice in general I don’t understand where peoples business ethics has gone to nowadays especially as a store manager. And to top it all off the first can of paint was $10 more than what I asked for but because my husband bought it on his card when I came back to exchange it I couldn’t get the difference back because he wasn’t with me so if she would’ve just given me what I asked for the first time, I wouldn’t have lost the $10 to boot! When someone comes in with the label and says I need this, just give them what they asked for and don’t assume anything and then get an attitude about it."

"My husband and I visited the Cold Spring Sherwin-Williams store on November 4 and we met the most fabulous employee, Nicholas, aka Shaggy. He was the most polite, friendly and helpful young man you could wish for. Nicholas assisted us and had great, helpful advice and suggestions. He wanted us to be satisfied Sherwin-Williams customers, which we are. We purchase quite a lot of paint and other supplies and met Jasmine at the Southgate store last year. We were saddened to hear she left that location and we then visited the Cold Spring store. The previous Cold Spring manager was never very helpful or friendly, so we’re super delighted to find out that Jasmine is the new Cold Spring manager along with Nicholas, as stellar employee!
