"Stay away from this location and this company! Only one employee, the manager, still works here. Office was worn and very dirty. During the conversation found out over 15 returns rejected by someone she had hired and fired. Ironic given the return she filed for me was rejected also! Brought some 1099s that she didn't even bother to enter (yeah that's a good idea). I know this now because all the transactions had to be entered manually to be done right, since they can't import them like Turbo Tax. That would have taken a long time, and she entered all my info in under 15 minutes. Not possible. Then she had to file twice because her computer was so old it kept freezing. SMH not a professional atmosphere here at all. Wasn't even informed my return was rejected until weeks later, BY EMAIL with only a couple of days to fix it. Thankfully TurboTax to the rescue. Stupid on my part not to use that in the first place. Return was accepted in two hours, and got a bigger refund to boot. Oh and the cost? JH wanted $286 while TurboTax charged $90. Imagine that, the place charging more with the manager doing the taxes, couldn't even do them right. Seriously in the year 2022 there should be no use for this place anyway. Only positive was the phone support which listened and took in my complaints, but I doubt anything will be done. Will never return."

"We were misled about the cost. I could have hired a CPA for the same price. Now I can’t log into my online account and support doesn’t know why. I was told to drive to a particular office to get the documents I needed. The office is closed for the season. What a joke!"
