"I came to this McDonalds as a child. It had a train theme and was fun, open, bright. It’s now a grey box, dark, not welcoming. The staff can’t see you waiting and you can’t see them prepare your meal. Who ever designed this should be fired."
"I do not eat McDonald's but my grandson likes to play in the indoor play area so I get him a happy meal. The play area was some what clean I always take wipes and disinfectant spray. Anytime you have children running and playing there is going to be a spill and there was, the parent went and got a hand full of paper towels and cleaned it up but there is plenty of room in the restroom for a bucket and mop of course there is none there. Also wipes in the area would be a good thing."
"so i ordered 2 mcgriddles and they said i just got bread when i told the lady exactly what i wanted and they had a attitude with me and blamed me for ordering the wrong thing because i told her exactly what i wanted too. but the lady who was my cashier got almost all my orders wrong."
