"Communication is very poor - I had to be the one to call at the end of the delivery estimate (response time is poor) so I finally called the manufacturer directly and they let me know they had a factory closing so they were 1000s of orders behind with not estimate for a ship time. This is something any decent company should have communicated immediately. It’s rather disappointing to be stuck waiting without communication. *update: I reduced to 1 star because the company was more concerned about my google review (which they emailed about) than actually addressing the problem or returning my phone call (which they did not contact me about)"
