"We had seen Aida, not sure how to spell, she was wonderful with the respect and her interaction with my brother . He is early alzheimers, she made sure he understood what he needed to do. She is a very awesome and caring woman!!!!"
"I was just in for a very bad cough, sore throat, vomiting, and stomach pain. The nurse practitioner came in and didn’t run any tests to see if I had the flu, strep, or anything. She sent me home with 2 medications for her opinion of the issue was “bronchitis” when I was never tested to begin with. She also didn’t even look at my stomach to see if anything was bruised or not nor asked me about the vomiting. Very disappointed."
"I had a wonderful experience today. Doctor and nurses were great. Only gave three stars because the receptionist was very rude and short with not only myself but other patients. It took us over 30 minutes to get checked in and there was only one person ahead of us. As soon as we were checked in we were called back. Took the nurse and doctor less then 10 minutes to diagnose my daughter and get us on our way. All the nurses and the doctor were very friendly and very professional."
"Had a wonderful experience my first time going to this urgent care. My 3 yr old injured his arm playing with his brother and they took him 30 minutes before they were supposed to close. The staff was very attentive and friendly! They took X-rays and figured out the problem and made him feel so much better. Several members of the staff stayed late to make sure he got the care he needed. Very thankful and impressed!"
"Took my daughter here for flu like symptoms. The doctor we saw was super sweet but the nurse that came in to administer the flu test was a different story. My child was scared of the swab, like most kids probably are. After a few minutes she told my daughter to do it herself. When my daughter didn't, she got an attitude and threw the test away and stated that "she didn't have time for this" and told us we were free to go. I understand that healthcare workers can be under a lot of stress especially with everything going around... but there was no compassion and she definitely does not need to be working with children. Definitely do not recommend bringing children here and I definitely will not be bringing mine back."
