Unlike past experiences at other shops, Kaiser was able to inspect the vehicle and let me know what else I should be aware of, but not trick or persuade me that it had to be done asap. . I respect the owner's honesty and ethics as it helps for someone like me on a pretty tight budget. What they quoted me was cheaper than other shops around town.
