Dunkin'

"Went through the drive through this morning. The ticket says Cindy so I want to say that’s who took my order but I could be wrong. I asked for an iced caramel latte and she said “we don’t have regular vanilla until the truck comes. Do you want sugar free vanilla or vanilla bean?” I told her caramel and she again asked which vanilla I wanted. I chose vanilla bean but asked that there please be caramel in there. I also asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant. She repeated back “bacon egg and cheese sandwich” and I asked it to please be bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. She told me my total and I pulled around. Got to work and noticed it was not bacon, it was sausage. I called the store and the man I spoke to was very nice. I told him I was unable to come back today, as I’m at work already. I can’t tomorrow because I have to be out of town by 6 am. He was trying to help me and I can hear the lady who took my order in the back repeating “she better bring that sandwich back.” Every time the man spoke to me about when we could fix this, the lady was in the back LOUD about how I better bring it back. I told them I will save the sandwich for her and give it to them on Saturday."

"I get coffee from here almost everyday, and they are always so kind and welcoming in the morning! My coffee is always great, and they are always smiling and doing their best even if they’re super busy. I’ll definitely continue being a repeat customer!"

"I had the most terrible experience at this Dunkin' location, which I'd rather label as a disaster zone. After waiting an agonizing 40 minutes for my order, I received a bagel when I ordered a croissant drowned in strawberry cream cheese and was undercooked which completely ruined the taste. It was a very undercooked bagel that looked and tasted like a lump of dough. Moreover, despite being a vegetarian, they thought it would be a brilliant idea to sneak bacon onto my hash browns, completely disregarding my dietary preferences. The egg and cheese wrap was an abomination, resembling something that had been dragged through a bonfire - burnt to a crisp and barely recognizable. In my 30 years of patronizing Dunkin', this establishment has single-handedly claimed the title of the worst Dunkin' I've ever set foot in. Their incompetence in both food preparation and customer service is beyond belief. I'd suggest avoiding this place at all costs unless you have a penchant for disappointment and subpar food."

"I used to go in this Dunkin for a whole year almost every day. There were seasons where they would get my order right every time because of the quality of people they hired. They knew I was a regular. And knew what I wanted exactly. Lately in the past couple of months, their quality of service has dropped dramatically. Every time I go in there, there is a new group of people that they hire. Some are friendly, some aren’t. Some are trying their best and some are downright lazy. I don’t know what’s going on, but there is so much overturn at this location. The drinks that I order are never the same anymore. I’m getting a lot of rude vibes in that atmosphere. I’m leaving a one star for everything and I’m done going to this location."
