The International Forest of Friendship, located at Allingham Drive in Atchison, Kansas, is a unique institution that serves as a museum, park, and tourist attraction. This living memorial commemorates the rich history of aviation and aerospace from around the world. The institution holds an annual Induction Ceremony, with the next one scheduled for September 20th and 21st, 2024. New honorees are inducted into the Forest each September, with plaques embedded in the walkway that winds through trees representing all 50 states and over 35 countries.
