"They were very flexible with our schedule. They had to cancel because of a machine malfunction, but they worked us into their schedule the very next day. We had our front two rooms cleaned for a very reasonable price, they worked around our furniture and helped us move it around."

"Guaranteed Carpet cleaning stands by their work and their name. We had white carpet in a living room that was heavily trafficked. The excessive dirt on the sub floor was pulled up to the carpet during the cleaning. This caused a striping effect in the carpet. Guaranteed staff returned TWICE at no charge to get the carpets completely clean. On the third service, the owner accompanied the technician to survey the project and make recommendations. It is rare to find a company that has such great attention to detail and customer service. Guaranteed Carpet Cleaning has our business for as long as we live in Kansas City!
