● OpenSaulsbury Bridge Recreation Area is a 675-acre park located at 2000 Saulsbury Road in Muscatine, Iowa, United States. Situated along the Cedar River, this multi-use park offers a mix of flood plain forest, open fields, creeks, and wetlands, providing a variety of outdoor recreational opportunities. Named after the old Saulsbury Bridge that once spanned the river, the park now offers scenic views and fishing access to the Cedar River. Although the bridge is no longer open to vehicles, visitors can still enjoy it on foot. The Muscatine County Conservation Board also meets monthly at the Environmental Learning Center, with meetings open to the public.
