"I was in a few weeks back to return an item. It appeared I was refunded the money and I was on my way. I saw a few weeks later that the money was taken out of my acct. I returned to the store today barely had my situation out and Kat knew who I was and had purposely set something aside in case we ran into problems. She was awesome the whole time I was there also helping train an employee and helping a young gal find a dress. She was very friendly and I could tell she liked what she did. While waiting for them to order and ship something to me I added a few things to my purchase. I never would have done that if it wasnt for the good service. I really appreciate the great service!"
