In addition to the online program, RoundKick Gym also offers workshops in both Carroll and Urbandale, with the option for Pete, the instructor, to come to your group. The Urbandale location is conveniently situated east of Lincoln Hwy Pharmacy and Ace Hardware, next to Vape Ape.
