"Anything you pay for is not a priveledge it's a service. Furthermore I was told about a grace period in case of an overdraft upon opening account to find out there is no grace period according to there teller its only "for awhile" or "for so long" and they don't even know. Anybody or business that lies I wouldn't want to associate with and furthermore any financial institution that gives for so long and for awhile answers I'd be leery off. Update: I was able to reach a regional manager fairly quick and am hoping we can come to a successfull resolution. I will update accordingly. There system not them resolved itself.... they need to be more knowledgeable about they're computer systems unexpected unexplained heartache and grief can come to customers who utilize certain services. Misleading customers by either ignorance and/or lying is not acceptable."
