"We have a rescued Coonhound we saved from being euthanized. She was physically abused and left for dead. She was a skeleton when we rescued her and had health issues. We have shown her the love she never got. Today Lisa told my wife she will have to charge more because our dog is fat. Then proceeded to lecture about her being a hunting breed that is supposed to be thin and we don't exercise her. Our dog runs daily on our acreage and has a perfect bill of health from our vet. She is fed premium food and is far better cared for than many "Coonhounds" so for her to say this is rude at the very least and certainly unprofessional. We have used your service for a few times and you yell at dogs etc.... How you have all these positive reviews surprises me. Maybe my negative one will bring the average back to reality. You lost our business permanently."
