"Not what I had experienced in the past. Got the full service rain x wash. Back seats weren't vacuumed or even touched, front looked like they barely touched it. Very disappointed in their quality anymore. They did re-wash the car."

"I always go here to get my oil changed, noticed it was leaking , went back and Brian went above and beyond fixing the problem. He went out and got the replacement part and a few days later fixed it for me! I am beyond impressed and very grateful they took the time to help me out with my car . Ohh also I was going to get another oil change just cause I felt bad taking up there time before it was needed and the tech told me it was unnecessary and didn’t have to do that. FANTASTIC customer service !"

"Stopped in to use a voucher given to me as gift. I show the gentleman my voucher, he hands me a receipt and says thanks. I wasn't aware as you pull in and present the card that you are expected to go to the counter inside to get a large plate that supposably allows you to retrieve your car. 15 minutes later another gentleman comes in and says you are all ready to go. I place a tip in the jar, and off I go....later get a visit from the police saying I did not pay for the "wash". He sees my paper (looks identical to a receipt). Calls back to headquarters and says "he's good, he has a receipt". We then look at the print at the bottom, it says not a receipt for services, fooled him as well. I went back out to "pay for my crime" Now for the "wash". Essentially all aspects of the near $30 wash were not complete. I decided to be fair to the manager and make him aware of the lack of quality given as a fair amount of other reviews state similar experiences with this establishment. A few excuses later from him and I say thanks I will not be back. In the future: 1. I will try to get a better understanding of operating procedures. 2. Check work before a tip is given. 3. Not return to Miracle Carwash."

"I was disappointed in the quality of services provided. I needed a car washed as I just drove a long distance to deliver in Burlington. They offered a package where they also offered vacuuming and basic interior cleaning. Let's just say I had to go to their self-service vacuums (which has very poor suction) to vacuum the car as they did such a poor job in addition to needing to clean door jams, dash, and console. Was charged $23 and while the exterior wash was good it was money wasted one the interior work."
