In addition to the online program, RoundKick Gym also offers workshops in both Carroll and Urbandale, with the option for Pete, the instructor, to come to your group. The Urbandale location is conveniently situated east of Lincoln Hwy Pharmacy and Ace Hardware, next to Vape Ape. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, as well as Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, with additional evening classes on Fridays. For those unable to attend in person, Tuesday classes are available on Zoom.
