It Takes A Village Animal Rescue & Resources, located at 1510 Grandview Avenue in Muscatine, Iowa, is a 501C3 foster-based animal rescue dedicated to providing nourishment, medical care, love, and shelter to homeless animals while searching for their forever homes. Our mission is to protect and advocate for companion animals in need, as well as to promote and provide the resources, education, and programs necessary to address animal welfare issues within our community.
