"My 8 year old cat was in respiratory distress. We brought him to the walk-in clinic and waited probably a couple hours (which I fully expected considering it's walk-in. I know they have to be so busy.) They did the exam and unfortunately we did have to euthanize as he was too ill to live a quality life from that point. They were extremely thorough and informative. They had prices for everything ready to go so you knew ahead of time. The care and respect they showed while my family and I said our final goodbyes to our sweet kitty of 8 years was amazing. They let us take our time. They also explained what was happening to him. After his cremains were prepped this clipped some of his orange hair and put it in little baggies for us. They did a mold of both of his paws with his name on it. They wrote us a card with his paws and nose printed on it in ink. And the box his cremains were in wasn't just some cardboard. It was actually really pretty. At this point I'd recommend them to anyone. We'll go back should the need arise."
"I brought my precious little girl here so she wouldn't have to suffer anymore. These folks were so kind. They took us in a side door for privacy. They encouraged us to take our time and stay as long as we needed to. We all pray that we will never be in this situation. But it was comforting to me to have a veterinarian agree with me that it was time. I highly recommend this clinic."
"Very nice staff. Reasonable pricing and great vet! They were so loving with my Lil guy and sent us home with flea medicine, deworming and stuff for his eyes. He's a Himalayan so his eyes need extra care."
"Drove over an hour to get here. Was recommended by a family friend. I looked on the website for hours, specifically for a walk in appointment. Once I arrived, there was a sign outside with the hours. Once I was able to speak to a representative, was told they "aren't accepting new patients at this time" Then why the hell would you have your walk in appointment times posted. Seems a bit misleading. But hey, thanks for saying F me and F my kitten."
"Had to put our 15 year old dog down, very compassionate. It is a walk-in clinic so be prepared to wait. Very nice sympathy card."
