"I brought my 2 boys in on a busy afternoon. They had just sent a coupon in the mail, so extra busy. We signed in online, once checked in at the store we were back in 5 minutes. Cindy and Lynn were the stylist. I honestly can't say enough good things about them both. Even though the store was busy, and people had to stand to wait since no seats were available. Cindy and Lynn still took time with my kiddos. They asked them what they wanted to do with their hair, and showed them how much 1,2,3 inches off would be. They were patient and calm. I typically don't leave reviews, but just felt like these two ladies needed to be recognized on this day! Thank you ladies!"

"Definitely was one of the worst haircuts I'd ever had. I've always worn very short hair; first red flag was when the stylist, who I think was named Felicia, talked me out of it. Hair turned out to be so choppy and blunt at almost all the ends, before a really nice stylist (I wish I remembered her name, she was awesome at least) who did my mother's hair that day could tell I was upset and at least fixed my bangs. The neck shaving was pretty abysmal after my mom and fiance could view it dry at home, and there was even a missed piece here. Now that Fantastic Sams is gone, I'll most likely have to go elsewhere or pick a higher end or private owned salon. Very Russian Roulette on if you'll get a decent stylist."

The manager there,(her name is Brittany), cut my hair exactly as I had asked. We had great conversation during my entire visit. She seemed to really know her stuff. And she was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair cut."
