"My 1st time using Jackson Hewitt also my last time because if it were not for your new customer promotion, I would have been charged $408 to do my very simple tax return. That is half of what I'm expecting to get back. 408 is more than double what I paid last year. H&R Block charged me $160 last year. Your prices are ridiculous"

"Wow!! Just WOW!! Best service EVER!! Angelia was our tax preparer and she was So Extremely Helpful and Very thorough! SO thorough that she quoted our original return quote higher than another major tax Preparer! Also found out our state return amount due was almost $200 than previous tax preparer! Angela could not have been helpful or pleasant!! Her co-worker Cassie was also very cheerful, friendly And Helpful! Overall A very pleasant experience!!
