She’s super friendly every time I talk to her or need something rather it’s when I call or go to office in person. She’s very efficient and gives me time frames and when they are able to get in to fix something if needed.. also really good about sending text updates to the community about things going on! I highly recommend living here!"

"I have lived here for about 2 years now and absolutely LOVED Rachel!! She is hands down the best leasing agent (I think) and I definitely would have loved if she was the one to be promoted!! She is the most caring individual who sincerely helped everyone and is truly the best at her job! I would like if the kitchen was a little more up to date, but other than that everything is great!"

"I loved living here! The office staff is led by an amazing Manager who has always been available anytime I need her. They were very accommodating of my service animals, my million house plants and any concerns I had about neighbors or my safety. Maintenance staff, specifically Donnie, were ALWAYS helpful, caring and would help you at the drop of a hat. The manager I enjoyed working with the most was Chelsea, hope she is still there ❤️ The office environment, however, made me very uncomfortable. The two ladies that were once in the office with the manager when I lived there were very unwelcoming towards me and I avoided the office area because of that. I believe Crosslake can SOAR in the community if they get more welcoming and experienced staff in the office to operate the phones, talk to customers and give the apartment tours. Every issue I ever had, anything I ever needed was ALWAYS handled by the manager or Donnie in maintenance…. The office staff were never seen around doing their jobs, and were rude and toxic, which is why I, as a resident, steered clear of the office. It was a very terrible and toxic building to be in. The only reason I stayed at Crosslake for as long as I did was due to the kindness and compassion I received from Chelsea and Donnie."

"We truly love these apartments! We adore the ladies in the office! The location is perfect for Eastside lovers. Each apartment is recently updated, with neutral flooring and gray walls with white trim. Their in-unit laundry is a must for families! It's quiet and everyone who lives here is very friendly. The maintenance guys are very responsive and take their time to do the tasks well, as well as have friendly conversations while staying busy with the job at hand. We love the vaulted ceilings in our upstairs unit, as well as our private balcony! These apartments are very pet friendly with plenty of open grassy areas for them to play outside. The lake; complete with beautiful fountain, geese, and ducks; is such a relaxing touch. The pool is very well cared for with new furniture and is always crystal clear. The gym is small, but has everything an average person needs (think hotel gym) and is very clean and private. The bonus clubhouse is also great for parties and larger gatherings! Lawn and garbage companies also do a wonderful job keeping things tidy. There is plenty of parking for everyone here too! We have recommended these apartments to ALL of our friends and family and would recommend the same to all of you! You won't be disappointed!"
