"Horrible customer service. My wife went to pick up our GrubHub order and the drink wasn't ready, so she went up to the counter to ask about it. No one acknowledged her and were all seeming to be trying to not make eye contact with her. Then a man came in and was immediately acknowledged and helped. It was only after that that anyone even acknowledged my wife. Then when I went in with her to complain, the staff just acknowledged that they saw her but said she just "looked like she was waiting on something" and "she should have just told us she was waiting on a pickup order". They never once apologized for not acknowledging her and didn't address that she was trying to do what they said she should have done. Horrible customer service and the whole staff needs to be better trained"
"Great place if you are calorie counting! Also, they have all kinds of shaker bottles too. I just got a wonder woman one! There's a ton of no sugar added choices, which is what I always look for since I'm diabetic. Oh and great staff! The girls I went with today, literally half had never been there and they were so great and helpful! Thank you ladies! You're the best!"
