And my thing is that I don't have access to my hard earned money... haven't for days now and rather than being understanding. I've actively had to start recording them just to be seen by the manager... So that an issue that's been said on record at this point is something only a branch can fix. "Went to withdraw money, and let me tell you, I’ve never met a person so nosey. So incredibly disrespectful asking so many personal question just because i am trying to withdraw MY money from MY account. And then to add her opinion about how she thinks withdrawing money is not safe, GIRL it is not your money. I work for a bank, and there is nothing suspicious in my account to make her judge me so hard. I wasn’t going to close my account but after the awful customer service, I’m thinking I might have too."
