The park features 15 acres of play areas, walking paths, tennis courts, a baseball diamond, picnic facilities, a fishing pier, sand volleyball courts, and a relaxing fish pond with a waterfall. Visitors can also host weddings and receptions with scenic photo opportunities overlooking Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline. Adjacent to the park is Whihala Beach, which offers a complete Lake Michigan beach experience with stunning views of the Chicago skyline. The beach features the WhoaZone, a floating water park with slides, trampolines, towers, and more. Guests can also enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, restrooms, food concessions, walking paths, a bike trail, and fishing (proper fishing licenses required).
