Cancellations made 30 to 60 days prior to the event will be refunded, less the facility deposit, while cancellations made within 29 days of the event will not be refunded. Osprey Pointe Pavilion
Osprey Pointe Pavilion is a beautiful indoor facility located on the banks of Morse Reservoir in Noblesville, Indiana. Whether you're planning a wedding, reunion, corporate function, or any other special event, Osprey Pointe Pavilion is the perfect setting. The facility includes 20 banquet tables, seating for approximately 100 guests, a full-service kitchenette, restrooms, and an on-site security guard. You can rent the pavilion between the hours of 8 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. and do not need to be a resident of Hamilton County to book. Outside vendors are welcome, and you can bring your own food or hire a caterer. Alcohol is permitted with proper documentation, and there are no additional charges for outside vendors. You are responsible for set up, tear down, and clean-up of the facility, and all decorations must be removed at the conclusion of your event. Restrictions include no confetti, glitter, lit candles, or wall alterations. Tables and chairs are provided, but linens, dance floors, and stages are not available.
