"I had a pleasant experience at Harrison Dental on Maplecrest Rd recently, when getting some new fillings put in. The staff and dentists were friendly and knowledgeable about my dental needs, and always quick to take care of my insurance issues. Additionally, the lounge and restroom have always been very clean during each of my visits."

"I was told that my services were run through insurance and that I would owe a certain amount that day. The cost was reasonable, so I had the work done. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when looking up dentists on my insurance. This dentist is out of network for me. If they were running my insurance, it would have shown up that I was out of network. If that is the case, what insurance did they run to give me a price? My insurance sent me a notice that I my visit will cost almost 4 times what I originally paid out of pocket. I changed insurance between appointments at my last dental office. They called me before my appointment to let me know that they were now out of network and to ask if I wanted to keep my appointment. Being out of network at this dental office is definitely on me, but their office definitely told another patient in the waiting room about insurance issues so I am not sure why I was not told anything. They ran my insurance at least 3 times that day so they definitely should have been able to see I was not in network. If that were not enough, whichever person did my deep cleaning did not use any numbing agents. I guess it's a good thing I have a higher pain tolerance! Just not for this pain in the wallet dental office."

"Once Dr Argus sold the practice to Harris it isn’t the same. Harris can never get you an appointment unless you want to schedule one out 6 months or more. They also never answer their phones and have a main call center that calls you instead of the actual office calling you. Another family practice being bought out by a big corporation. I left and found a new family owned practice."

"Every time I go in the staff is so professional and nice. They always get done in a timely manner and go above and beyond to make sure I am fully satisfied and happy! The front desk lady BRITTNEY AMAZING! Dentist that did my filling Dr. Price is AMAZING! and the hygienist that cleaned my teeth Lisa is AMAZING!
