Our mission is to teach, nurture, and inspire students of all ages to push past their mental and physical limits to reach their full potential. We focus on developing character traits such as self-confidence, focus, courage, discipline, and respect through Martial Arts & Self-Defense training in a non-competitive environment. As a family-owned martial arts studio, we value community and relationships with our students and their families. Master Michael Mountain personally teaches every class to provide individualized attention and ensure technical excellence and competency in a safe environment.
